We've largely, um, largely ignored internationalization in Puppet, and I've
been waiting for it to fall on us like a great axe from the sky. It most
likely makes sense to make this switch, but I don't know much about the
particulars, other than this has come up before and not everything is actually
using PSON (which is really just JSON but not called that internally because of
Rails).

There's a DeveloperWorkflow on the wiki with all of the details, but yes, this
list is the first place to start once you have actual code.
