Hey I manage lots of files with it but yes it's pretty io and cpu intensive over time
It concats every file one every run to be able to compare the end result with the new concat I am sure you can do this natively someone just need to take the time. If it would be faster or not is a different question I guess you'd be forking a but less but that's probably it.
