Yes, they are valid, and no, I don't know why they are not working for
you.  Their implementation is certainly present.  So, to help diagnose
this:

Do you still have the old puppet-{strings,interface} repository in
your Ruby lib path or anything?
Do you have `lib/puppet/interface/documentation.rb` on your system?
Does it blow up with undefined methods when you try and run `puppet
help secret_agent`?
How are you getting your face into the load path?
