We have a policy in-house of not leaving a build broken for more than four
hours.  This change was made specifically to mitigate the test failures, and
should be re-enabled as soon as the tests will pass consistently.
 Unfortunately, I was pulled away from this shortly after making this
change.

We do want to re-enable this functionality, and we will get back around to
it.  In the meantime, we'd more than welcome any patches regarding this.
