Hi all -- this is not a new thing, it's not widely known so in the interest of 
sharing greater transparency with the dev community I thought I'd forward it on.

We have a '[email protected]' list that gets emailed updates to all 
ticket activity on Puppet and its subprojects on Redmine.

The google groups web interface can be a super fast and handy way to search 
redmine for tickets, and even watching it as the messages roll in can be pretty 
interesting to keep tabs on the traffic -- it even "threads" conversations 
affiliated with a bug.

One additional power tip: set your subscription email options to  'Abridged 
summary' and you'll get 1 email a day that looks like the one I've attached 
below, which is kind of an at-a-glance view of what's gone across the trackers 
and wikis that day.
