Hello, I am not sure if I should post this to the users group or the dev group- however since the question is more technical hence I am posting this question here....
I wish to use Puppet and some other web apps in such a way that all of them are clearly demarcated from each other, and at the same time installed on the same server. One web app is a PHP web app, and the other is a Ruby on Rails web app. Now, I want to deploy the PHP web app, the Ruby on Rails web app as well as Puppet to the same server. Then, I want to access the Puppet API from the PHP web app/Ruby on rails web app. (When all 3 are on the same server) Is such a deployment possible? Can I simply map Puppet to a domain (when using Apache + Passenger) as I can normally do with a regular Ruby-on-Rails web app? If not, then how do I accomplish the above. Thanks, Arvind. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Puppet Developers" group.
