Not sure how you got it to work. We had zero success getting puppetlabs-f5 module working with Puppet 3.2.x. We debugged down into the ruby libs but with no success. Next we contacted puppet labs support and they set it up in their lab and concluded that puppetlabs-f5 is not supported beyond puppet 2.7.x. There is an open ticket to upgrade to Puppet 3.x but no ETA as of yet.
