I'd like to do some work on the tasks to build the Puppet for Windows MSI
installer but I'm having a lot of trouble setting up the development
environment for it.

* I've downloaded and extracted the Puppet Win Builder and according to the
README there should be a BUILD.CMD. But there's only a BUILD_Example. So
do I need to create my own Build.CMD? Surely I can use the same one as the
CI server for Puppet.

* I had a play and while I can start the build process (git cloning etc.)
it was failing to compile the WIX MSI becuase it was missing the
mcollective daemon.bat. I searched the Puppet and MCollective repos and
for the life of me, I can't find this file. I know it exists somewhere
because it's in the Windows PE 3.1.0 MSI

* I'm pretty sure I don't understand how config files work. I can see
pe2.5.yaml, pe2.6 and pe2.7 but where are the config files pe3.0 and pe3.1
in puppet_for_the_win (https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet_for_the_win)?
Can anyone help my understand where these configs are?

Side note - I've just seen Josh Cooper's pull request (
https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet_for_the_win/pull/59/files) which
changes A LOT of the README file so I'll try those instructions and
hopefully I'll get a compile happening but I'm still not sure about the
config files.

Thanks,
  Glenn.
