Absolutely. This will be a living tool which we can tweak going forward -
adding/removing/configuring cops as makes sense over time.

Depends on the definition of crime :) But for the cops I mentioned, there
is data in the PR and comments.

Btw, I should have said that I'm pretty confident that we wouldn't want to
just enable *all* of rubocop, which includes some very opinionated style-y
checks, etc. So for now I'd be especially interested in opinions on what
*is* valuable.
