Hello Everyone!
Today we’re happy to announce the latest release of PDK, version 1.3.0. This release includes the powerful new pdk convert feature, which makes it easy to adapt your existing Puppet modules for use with PDK. We’ve also made it easier to install and update PDK on Linux systems by adding it to the Puppet agent PC1 and Puppet 5 package repositories. If you already have one of these repos enabled, just install the pdk package. If you haven’t, learn how to enable the PC1 (Puppet 4) <https://puppet.com/docs/puppet/4.9/puppet_collections.html#using-puppet-collections> repos or Puppet 5 repos <https://puppet.com/docs/puppet/5.3/puppet_platform.html#using-puppet-5-platform> . New features and improvements include: - pdk convert to adapt existing modules for use with PDK - Install PDK or keep it up to date with native package management on Linux - Improved output of pdk test unit --list For the full CHANGELOG, please visit https://puppet.com/docs/pdk/1.3/release_notes.html. To try this new version, use yum or apt on the Linux command line or download it for Windows, OS X, and Linux platforms at https://puppet.com/download-puppet-development-kit. Thanks!
