Garrett is working on updating that documentation. For now, the summary of the list of changes for formats 8 & 9:
* Report Format 8[1]: Added the `transaction_completed` flag. "Whether the transaction completed (e.g. didn't have an unrescued exception)." * Report Format 9[2]: Added the `provider_used` field.
