Hi Alex,

There is currently no in-place update for a repo's source (url, iso-url, or
no-content), partially because a source like `iso-url` would have a limbo
period where the repo is still pointing to the old ISO's contents but is
downloading the new ISO.

With that in mind, my best suggestion I can offer is to download the ISO
contents and place them in the repo root folder manually, over the existing
contents. The `iso-url` property on a repo is used for the download only,
so the new contents will be used for future installs.

We do have a ticket <https://tickets.puppetlabs.com/browse/RAZOR-762> to
create an `update-policy-repo` command to make this easier to change a
policy's referenced repo, but nothing for an `update-repo-source` command
(if that limbo period can be handled).

Hope the above solution will work out for you for now!

Scott
