Actually, the only user group that is meeting on Feb 3rd is the NYLUG Python Workshop. (That I am aware of). Although I regret even this conflict, please be aware that the reason Larry suggested Feb 3rd is because some folks are visiting from out of town and are leaving the next day. So the only other possible day was Monday Feb 2nd, and that was non workable for a number of people.
Please don't expect "first Tuesday" to necessarily be a regular occurrence.
