Initally, MimeTypes in IIS 6/7 ideally to begin with.

We have a pretty specific custom config here, however the ability to 
manage the mime types (and possibly system updates!) would be an 
excellent start for us.

Not sure where this fits in on the roadmap etc, however if you need a 
guinea pig, let me know,
