Check the html output. This is a bug in foreman as far as I can see 
(http://theforeman.org/issues/show/90). I use firefox+firebug for that. 
For me it didn't detect the puppet master path right and I've hard coded 
it in app/views/hosts/_rrdreport.rhtml
ie changed in there the line from
<% url = 
"http://#{host.pm_fqdn}/#{$settings[:rrd_report_url]}/#{host.name}"; -%>
to
<% url = 
"http://hostnameForRRDReports/#{$settings[:rrd_report_url]}/#{host.name}"; -%>

but this is an ugly ugly ugly hack and I suggest using the latest git 
version.
