The plan is to unify all the binaries (in fact I think the code is
written and is planned for Rowlf) in the style of git so,

$ puppet ca
$ puppet master
$ puppet client
$ puppet doc
etc, etc

(So puppt check fits).

Obviously existing binaries will continue for a while but ultimately
be deprecated.
