Not that I am aware of. Specifically, Puppet Labs don't operate any
forum that is better than the user and dev lists. There might be some
AIX groups out there who are more specialized.
One of the big limitations is that we don't actually have much AIX
experience in-house. It would be fair to say, though, that we are
pretty enthusiastic to have better platform support, so we are very
happy to work with you in improving that.
