I just run into the same issue.... the fact "host" is not found inside a template:
In a template I have: <% if host == "balmoral" -%> ... <% end -%> I get error: Error 400 on SERVER: Failed to parse template gu_iptables/iptables.conf.erb: Could not find value for 'host' Any luck with this?
