Indeed, the only way to get per-environment external node classifiers
is to have a global wrapper that executes the environment-specific
classifier.  Pretty silly to not support that, IMHO.

*Parts* of your modules.  You can't have custom resource types or custom
functions per environment.  And that sucks.
