Hi,
I'm new to puppet and working my way through the book. Whilst setting
up a 'ntp' module, I'm getting the following error when a client
connects to the master:
err: Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 400 on
SERVER: Syntax error at '/'; expected '}' at /etc/puppet/modules/ntp/
manifests/install.pp
I've created the following files in '/etc/puppet/modules/ntp/
manifests':
init.pp
params.pp
config.pp
service.pp
install.pp
Contents of 'install.pp' are:
class ntp::install {
package { "ntp":
name => $operatingsystem ?
/(Red Hat|CentOS|Fedora|Ubuntu|Debian)/ => "ntp",
Solaris => "ntp",
},
ensure => installed,
}
Can anyone please tell me what's wrong with that?
