What are the ownership and permissions for the complete /etc/puppet directories and files starting at with puppet? I am getting the following error when trying to run puppet agent from a node. err: Could not request certificate: Error 400 on SERVER: Cannot save <server>; parent directory /etc/puppet/ssl/ca/requests is not writable
