Thanks for the advice about checking the workers. That did the trick (the manual was for the open source pkg, but I managed to figure out how to apply it to PE2).
Is there any available training on Puppet Enterprise out there? I see a lot of it on the open-source package, but have not yet found anything about PE 2.0.
