Try to change
* exec { 'chk_vomsdir':
to something like
* exec { "chk_vomsdir_${dir}":
and
* require => Exec[ 'chk_vomsdir' ];
to
* require => Exec["chk_vomsdir_${dir}"];
This should make everything unique.
