still no luck, i changed the database to database_production, also even
went into mysql to try to reset please see below......
# mysqld_safe --skip-grant-tables &

[1]+ Exit 1 mysqld_safe --skip-grant-tables
# mysql -u root -p

mysql> SELECT * FROM mysql.user;
localhost | dashboard | **********************************

mysql> UPDATE mysql.user SET Password=PASSWORD('[ItPas83LogUSun]') WHERE
User='[dashboard]';
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
Rows matched: 0 Changed: 0 Warnings: 0
]# service mysql stop
SUCCESS!
[1]+ Done mysqld_safe --skip-grant-tables
# service mysql start
Starting MySQL.. SUCCESS!
mysql -u dashboard -p
Enter password:
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'dashboard'@'localhost' (using
password: YES)
