Hi,

Puppet does have a 'web server' but it does not offer a user interface.
There is nothing for a 'human' to see at the address of the master.
Only Puppet agents are supposed to talk to it.

To recap : There is nothing for a user to see...

Try a puppet run using

# puppet agent -t --server *<server-name>*
