This works with augtool but not in puppet:

  augeas { 'disable all other repos in CentOS Base':
    context => '/files/etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo',
    changes => [
      'setm /files/etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo/* enabled 0'
    ]
  }

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
