So, I am wanting to ensure that the IIS-Webserver is present. Seems like
it should be easy enough. I have
installed https://forge.puppetlabs.com/puppetlabs/dism.  I have a class
that looks something like this:

class someclass {
    dism {
                'IIS-Webserver': ensure => present,
     }
}

When I do puppet apply --noop tests/somefile.pp i get this error:

Error: Could not find a suitable provider for dism.

Obviously, I am missing something. The dism module is installed, but it
cannot be found when my class needs it. If someone could enlighten me on
how to sort this issue, i would be most appreciative.  It *should* work;
but does not because my understanding is inadequate/incomplete.

Thank you.
