Surely your company is not prepared to accept anything posted in an Internet discussion group by who knows whom as a legal foundation for using another company's intellectual property. If you are uncertain about what form of agreement or license you need, then I urge you to consult your company's legal department. I am in no way surprised that PuppetLabs does not have specific terms or conditions for what you propose posted on their web site, but that was at least a better start. You need to hold this discussion with PuppetLabs; information about how to contact them is in the footer of every page of the website <https://puppetlabs.com/>.
