Hi Folks, ..on CentOS 7
# rpm -ivh http://yum.puppetlabs.com/puppetlabs-release-el-7.noarch.rpm # yum install puppet-server # puppet resource package puppet-server ensure=latest After doing this, there is NO /opt/puppetlabs directory. Any idea what the issue is? All the docs say /opt/puppetlabs should be there. [root@puppetmaster puppet]# yum list installed | grep -i pup facter.x86_64 1:2.4.6-1.el7 @puppetlabs-products hiera.noarch 1.3.4-1.el7 @puppetlabs-products puppet.noarch 3.8.6-1.el7 @puppetlabs-products puppet-server.noarch 3.8.6-1.el7 @puppetlabs-products puppetlabs-release.noarch 7-12 installed ruby-augeas.x86_64 0.4.1-3.el7 @puppetlabs-deps ruby-shadow.x86_64 1:2.2.0-2.el7 @puppetlabs-deps Thanks!
