So I am seeing the reboot loop per the docs on Windows due to pending file
renames. I thought I would work around this by relying on the schedule
default:
repeat
<https://docs.puppet.com/puppet/4.10/types/schedule.html#schedule-attribute-repeat>

How often a given resource may be applied in this schedule’s period.
Defaults to 1; must be an integer.

However, it looks like puppet only keeps the repeat status till there is a
reboot and then it is lost. Is this true, or would explicitly setting a
repeat setting limit the reboots through a schedule period?
