Well...in fact because I really need a feature in puppetlabs-apt 4.x, I
force the upgrade and everything seem to work well.

But thanks for your answer I will keep it in mind.

Just one question : Where come from your bundle ? Is it come from some rvm ? or 
just the
bundle from the system your on.
