i added the runtime dependencies to the supercollider-emacs package
(w3m-el, w3m and w3m-img for viewing inline graphics in emacs).

Bug description:
w3m-el (and therefore w3m) are used by scel (SuperCollider emacs mode) to
display helpfiles. They're technically optional but is life much easier when
they're there. (Might need to tweak SC's build options to use w3m, will check
that later.)
