Previous method was to have the deb package itself shipped with broth.
We don't do that anymore, this is plain silly and not generic enough :)

The new way to do it, is to port the debian package for karmic and put
it in the Puredyne PPA, and then we just put the package in the profile
list.

Please also check that tss is up to date with latest ffmpegtotheora
features, last time I thought (needs confirmation though) that Yves and
co were into scripting gstreamer.

not in ubuntu so needs to be added in a hook like before - i guess there is a 
reason the old hook is broken
