"GRC is bundled with the current gnuradio trunk and will be included in the 3.2 
release. I recommend configuring your GNU Radio installation with wx-python, 
usrp, and audio support. However, any configuration will work (see note). 
Follow the build-guide"

so that would mean it is in http://packages.debian.org/sid/gnuradio ?

If that's the case, then making a karmic package for Puredyne should be easy 
from the Debian package source:

Bug description:
this is just a simple ticket to see if you could consider adding this 
application to the tree, im sure is not to common to need it since one needs 
the USRP as hardware. If i learn to generate packages then i will sumbit it 
further on.
