hooks are now working as follow:
chroot_local-hooks-common
chroot_local-hooks-$PACKAGES_LISTS
the 1st one is always used, and the second one will be added to the 1st
only if a matching profile is found.
so broth -o DVD will use both chroot_local-hooks-common and
chroot_local-hooks-puredyne-DVD
in r304

scenario:
processing is big so we just provide basic package on cd
on the dvd we want to have processing-all-the-extras but processing is
installed via the java hook
so... whats the best way of dealing with this
