Public bug reported:

xterm titlebar says "xterm" - not "lint...@puredyne: ~" - and when you
run sudo su (which uses bash) the titlebar changes to "r...@puredyne:
~", and stays that way even after you exit the subshell - a bit
confusing to be in a non-root shell in an xterm that says root in the
window manager, even a bit pointless saying just "xterm" when something
more useful could be there (like current dir, etc)...
