Bug description:
On the download page, the torrent links are for 9.10 and should be for 9.11,
e.g.:
http://download.goto10.org/puredyne/carrot_and_coriander/puredyne-910-carrot_and_coriander-CD.torrent
I made a naive change to the webpage then realised the links didn't work. Does
someone need to create the torrent seed or sth? This needs doing before the
announcement emails go out!
