Obviously, gazpacho will have a different splash screen... so the focus of this bug should be on making sure make-live-device.sh an broth always point to the same grub.cfg file.

I believe this was fixed in the grub template for make-live-device.sh but was probably not propagated to broth (how could have them synced/merged?
