SwingOSC *is* installed. Are you using 9.10, 9.11 or 10.10? As far as I
know SwingOSC is included in all builds so far.

(The Qt stuff is not ready for release yet; SwingOSC should stay the
default in puredyne for now)

Bug description:
Lauching scel gives a "SwingOSC" class missing error.
Obviously, SwingOSC is not installed so maybe it would be better to remove the 
corresponding code from .sclang.sc to avoid noob confusion ? (also QtCollider 
might be soon there so I think it's better to leave the GUI choice/config to 
the user)
