broth does weird udev / hal things that affect k3b cd burning

Bug description:
running broth I get this in dmesg:
[13797.550713] udev: starting version 147
[14332.847860] udev: starting version 147
after that k3b reports no burner device found and spits dbus warnings
to stderr:

Solid::Backends::Hal::HalManager::findDeviceByDeviceInterface(const
Solid::DeviceInterface::Type&) error:
"org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown"
workaround: sudo restart hal && sleep for a few mins && k3b
then k3b works fine
