This is not a bug in Ubuntu. There is no 'libunicap-dev' package in
maverick, only libunicap2-dev which provides it - so the resolving is
being done correctly.

So although libunicap-dev and libunicap2-dev both exist in maverick - see

to resolve it properly. Are you able to fix this, or does the error lie with
canonical?
