Ok, I have made a .pdrc file. Still can't load gem (for example, none of the files added to the .pdrc load). Do I need to add settings into pd's file/path... and file/startup?

Yes, pure:dyne's Pd is built on vanilla Pd with externals packaged separately. > I have checked in my extra folder and I have 'abstractions to zexy' > already. That's a good start. > When I add superlibrary to my .pdrc, pd says can't load library. Ah, superlibrary in that page is just a fictitious example, more specific examples for each library follow (if I'm thinking of the right page). If a library is not listed on that page, it probably follows a similar pattern to the others. > So, do I have to install them all individually, as the wiki page > says, and if so , what do I do with the ones that aren't listed such > as 'mr peach'? You could copy the .pdrc from the livecd for a quick solution, or add the libraries you need when you find you need them as per the wiki page.
