I've downloaded yesterday puredyne-leek_and_potato-rsync.iso

Should I try puredyne-leek_and_potato-alpha3.iso?

Anyway I'm very happy to know that is working.
I've read that the problem was fixed, so when py doesn't run in my pure dyne
was surprised.

Sorry for my stupid question, but... what do you mean about "latest
version"? Latest version of what? Should I download something from somewhere
and compile it? Or in pure:dyne is working out of the box?

PS: when I try to use make in pure:dyne, the response is make utility
missing. What does it mean? (sorry for my ignorance, I use linux from just 1
year and I'm not so skilled)

Thanks for the fast reply, the patience and for your GREAT WORK.
