hey pat, we've been chatting in the p:d channel earlier... something is wrong with m-a and the header/source packages for this kernel. it can't find certain headers. I havn't found a cure for it yet. also, on my desktop install, where I don't have this problem with missing headers neither nvidia-kernel-source nor the legacy version compile successfully, this time with another error. when I try to download the driver for your card I can't find it in their list, which is what you indicated in the chat...hmmm.
