Hello everyone.
not sure what to say as a first timer, practically converted.
did a course in Brighton a few weeks ago with the lovely duo
Rob-Barbara, and apart from surviving (and enjoying!) the first time
sharing the love of linux and not running in fright at the sight of a
line of code, the main lesson learned was how amazingly fantastic
pure:dyne is!
I guess a big thankyou is a good way to start, as I am already in the
process of putting a funding application for my next film project in
which I will ONLY use pure:dyne, exclamation, exclamation. wherever
that takes me...
now, back to basics:
- Rob: where's my liveUSB? no problem you didn't register me as you
said you would (hey, here I am)
yeah - re adding others to maillist - better do that now :)
but any idea when will that be sent out?
sorry about the delay mauricio - got sidetracked - no excuse :)
i have the envelopes i have the stamps and i have the usbs made - i even
have your name and address on the envelope... next stop post office..
i'll pop it in post today
it would be great if you could contact me so I can discuss some
overview aspects of this project I'm brewing, deadline fastly approaching.
if you want to discuss anything off list - mail directly to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] - that does what it says on the tin.
any information of future workshops would be very helpful too as I
have already convinced a couple of local filmmaker friends to try it
out (one of them also wants the usb thingie).
anyway, a sign of life would be great.
alive and kicking :)
all the best.
