forgot to say that the nm-applet does not see my wifi network and
command line configuration neither works, dhclient gets no dhcp. i
manually enter the IP but ping doesnt work. but lspci lists my card. i
have an IBM x32. i am just testing all hardware from liveUSB before
installing puredyne to my laptop

In the "Configuration from the GUI" section it says
"FIXME - the GUI doc needs to be updated (screenshots too), we use
network-manager now."
but i cannot find it anywhere.
how could i start it? or maybe it is not included? thanks.
