making the key on OSX is a pain because the system is not leting go of
the device. I found a way with Heather last time we were maing keys but
I forgot .... Maybe she remembers ... (no OSX here to test...)

If you can dd a Debian installer, you should be able to dd the puredyne 
image key the same way.

DVD = more space = more software

At the moment the key image has the same content of the DVD.
