puredyne-settings is fucked up, we need to remove it asap (and also remove it from the wiki). I think the best way right now for you is to get rid of all your puredyne packages and reinstall the metapackages separately. Sorry for the trouble ... that was an unforseen error from our side when we started to make those metapackages.
