Really I don't know if this is the best way to search a resolution for a
problem, but i'll try..
I downloaded the liveDVD and i crossed the fingers for it to work as well as
possible...but...
Once I boot from the DVD i was happy 'cause everythings turns allright but
something comes wrong with the use of puredata. The problem is related with the
sound that NOT comes from the laptop. But the things that is strange (in my
opinion) is that if i try to play an mp3 wav etc..audacity is able to reproduce
it. and at the end i thought this is not an hardware problem. I'd like to use
this system but what can i do with this problem?
Every times i try to open puredata and select a driver it stuck the sound with
I/O error in the terminal..but really i don't know what to do..
If you can help me with this i will appreciate
My laptop is a DELL INSPIRON 1300-Intel(R)Pentium(R)M processor, 1.73GHz, 2GB
RAM with SigmaTel High Definition audio.
