did you aptitude update or apt-get update?

if yes, then I don't know what's wrong with your setup, can you copy
paste your /etc/apt/sources.list ?
I copied it from http://code.goto10.org/projects/puredyne/wiki/AptSettings :

what about aptitute show puredyne-puredata
does this show up?
